Appeal Help

My steam account got hijacked 2 and a 1/2 weeks ago, so I immediatly went on outpost and asked the mods to ban my outpost account until i regained control of my steam account. It's been 2 weeks now since I regained control of my steam account and submitted an appeal to be unbanned and I have yet to hear anything from ban appeals. I even submitted screenshots of my steam ticket proving my steam account had been hijacked.
-Any help or advice would be great-

I make a deal, open the backpack, there are choosing Steam inventory, and there's nothing there.

I will again say that this has nothing to do with my original post, and would like to tell you that I think you have mistaken my post for something else.
