Getting banned permanently for using ":P"
I got phised legitimentally and have emailed somone about getting my account back. I provided the tickets and everything and apologized but I am still banned. I didn't even intend to use :P badly i did that because of the situation. I said this, "Well I'll see if steam can manage to get my account back :P." I do not want to be banned from my favorite trading site. Please look into it I meant the :P at steam for being slow with the report and would love a response from an admin. I have emailed Helen outpost on the 21st of May providing an apology and the ticket. But I have recieved no response. Thanks, I hope that you will try and look into this.

So you are no longer able to appeal your ban?

In case you are no longer able to appeal a ban (its associated ticket has been closed), you may email our Head Appeals Admin, ♥HelenAngel♥[www.tf2outpost.com], at helen@outpost.gg and explain in detail why your ban should be removed. Note that misusing this opportunity may also eliminate any chance of appealing this ban in the future.

Then all you can do is sit tight and wait for a response as Bakrund stated above.
