Can I get steamrep banned for trading with this user?

He's not banned on Steamrep but I don't want to risk anything, especially if he's repeatedly traded with scammers before. If that's the case, why hasn't steamrep done something?

Makes sense. I just would think steamrep has a better policy for banning and thus would be the place to go to determine if they should be traded with rather than outpost since they don't have a detailed report system. I'd still like an admin to chime in.

I mean not to sound rude but, I just think the policy should be "Keep caution on the marked Scammer" if he tries to scam you, you should just decline and report it, if he says have a nice day and gives you the item for the price he asked or the price that it is, "even if it is a scammer, marked or not, main account or not, you can trade with them."
