Posting new trade problems
When i click "new" on the tf2outpost page, i cant create one because it keeps telling me it cant connect to the steam api. i have tried at a later time like suggested, and still cannot. any suggestions?

Yeah the Steam API is down/broken. I've seen it work with some people but sites are pretty much broken.
