so...no more rules?
people already had issues with reading the rules even if was in plain sight. now you've hidden them?

When you sign up for the first time you're redirected to the rules, and a message appears telling you to read them.

If you don't read them before you start using the service then it's your own fault for breaking them, knowingly or not. It's also available at the bottom of the page, next to the About and FAQ links.

It wasn't the right place for it to be, and we needed space for the new Tickets icon.
