There is a 'flag' button on the bottom of the trade in which you can click on. Whether or not you need an x ammount of flags from other users to add up to a message like the one you showed above, I do not know but I don't agree with the logic as anyone can randomly flag a user. For example: Most (if not all) of the scrap.tf bots have that same message if I am not mistaken.
I am not sure if that message can be revoked but I think that feature needs to be removed as I have witnessed many people avoid a trader simply because of that warning message. Then they go around saying "blah blah blah is a scammer, don't trade with them."
I personally am fine with them warning people of a trade that may be one sided, etc. However, when the new implemented system is abused and a player is flagged anyone who trades that person will get that same above message posted. Overall it can seriously effect your trading experience with others when basically Steam is calling you a scammer right off the bat with no proof at all.
it's really not right, i've never scammed anyone, and now everyone is getting this warning when trading me...
well thanks HappyStix, i appreciate it
