"Not Selling Items" - Considered Spam?
Hey Guys

Lot of trades like this - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17632466
Especially for Key related trades.

Would it be classified as spam?
- The user is not selling the items - Out of Stock - Understandable
- The user still has the trade open - Perhaps they've forgotten - Understandable
- Still actively, Manually updating the trade - Not really fair to other traders -

If reporting such trades - what title would it go under? "Items listed are not for sale"?

What do you guys think?

If the trade is being bumped and the items are not being for whatever reason then you should report it either as "Items not for sale" or "Autobumping while not buying/selling".

Why would a guy do that? he got plenty on stock and is not selling, that's just stupid. . . besides now you can easily close and re-open a trade, i hate these kind of stuff -_-
