How often does the database(?) get updated?
So Steam just added a classic game from back in the day to the store (Descent: https://steamhost.cn/app/273570/).

I want it. I have keys. How soon till I can search for it, or create a trade looking for that game on TF2OP? As of right now it has no entry.

If this was answered somewhere else in the jungle that is Steam Discussions please forgive me.

As soon as someone has it in their inventory and it's scanned.

That's not good enough. Make it go faster.

I think it'll take a while dude, last week i got some Genuine items, it's for who purchases Bioshock Infinite - Season Pass, it was last week and yet i can't find it on places like outpost, except the tf2 wiki, which is extremely fast to get stuff updated.

We can't for the simple reason that the system doesn't know which items exist until it sees them. Valve don't offer an API for Steam Inventory schemas so we have to generate our own schema based on items that are found in backpack requests.

Well sad face then. I understand what you are talking about, and the technical limitations. I will find a way to get the game though. And then you'll all be jealous! YOU JUST WAIT AND SEE!!!

Actually there is a way you can help add it faster. Just buy the game as a gift and then look at it in your backpack on Outpost. :P
