Does the amount of kills on a strange weapon change its price?
I'm not talking about like a thousand kills, but if a strange is a "Hale's", then would it go up in price? If so, how much?

Afaik kills reset on trade.

I think that I've been traded a strange or two before with kills on it...hmm. Maybe I'm just crazy.

Not at all, the only thing that change the Strange Weapon price are the Strange Parts.

"Trading or using Gift Wrap on a Strange item will cause its counter to reset to zero and its prefix to reset to Strange. Using Gift Wrap will present a warning when attempting to use the Gift Wrap on a Strange item. "

I'm sorry but norby89 is correct, they reset when traded.
