Regarding my Ban, because I got hijacked before.
It's been 4 weeks already since No moderator nor administrator is responding. I've tried to send an email to ma'am Sneeza since it was said in my ticket that " Sneeza " Will be the one who will handle my case. but she's not responding. I guess she is busy, but it's already 4 weeks. got no replies.

Please be patient, the process can take awhile to complete depending on staff availability and any puerile bumps, or posts in your ticket will most likely cause a further delay. Also, we cannot look at your Outpost tickets, so if you wanted us to see it then you would need to screenshot it.

I don't think so, my friend who has the problem with me. he also got hijacked and in almost 1 week he got his tf2outpost account unbanned.

Alternatively (if you are still banned) you can email HelenAngel, the Head Appeals Admin, at helen@outpost.gg. I am sure she will investigate your appeal considering it has been opened for such a long time.
I already emailed him once, and Left a comment at her profile several times but she is just deleting and ignoring it I guess. :/
