New-ish to using PayPal. A little help, plox.
So I have a PP account that I've linked my debit card to, and I'm not sure if I can send money to another trader with the money from my card. I'm verified, but I can't add any funds normally because I'm waiting to get my proof of ID and stuff approved.

Is it possible to send another trader money through PP with my debit card? I'm just trying to buy a bud or more every few paychecks. TF2 is an investment.

Where are you located?

If you’re located in the US, you can accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express debit and credit cards.

I'm in the US. Colorado Springs, to be exact.
Then yes, debit should work just fine.

m8, don't use your credit card. You need to pay some fees.

Well, you shouldn't even use Paypal ...

Paypal is easier for most online stuff.

I'd rather not have to do tedious Scrapbanking to get the ref for keys. I'd also rather not spend nearly twice as much through the Mann.Co store to get the keys for a $36 bud.
I think he was referring to another payment option such as Bitcoin, Google Wallet or MoneyBookers. Although I find using one of the mentioned alternates very challenging as they are not as well known with Steam cash trading.

Still, they are similar and they all have their advantages and disadvantages.
