Unusual Hats at a very low price.
All unusuals i've seen so far that worth for example 5 buds are sold 3 or ♥♥♥♥♥ like that.
Why that? I can't sell my Bubbling Bubble Pipe at is normal price! (3.4)

What is wrong with you outpost? Or maybe I'm not doing it right and I can choose if I don't want quicksell offers?

Outpost has zero control over what people offer on items.

Just because bp.tf lists 3.4 does not mean that's the current market price.

Because 3.4 is the price of a Bubbling Team Captain, one of the highest or maybe the highest tier unusual, a Bubble Pipe worth a lot less than that.

This is incorrect. Unusuals are priced based on what ever people are willing to pay for them and not by the tier of hat or effect.

Example: The Burning Crones Dome was valued at 160 Buds because that is what someone was willing to pay for one.
