killstreak items
first off, what are they (are they just killstreak weapons)? and second what it the cheapist one out there?

Killstreak weapons are weapons that basically, when you kill someone, a number will also be included in the kill chat.

There are 3 types of killstreak items-ish

The Basic "Killstreak" weapon.
* Only shows number

"Specialized Killstreak" weapon.
* Gives an effect on the weapon, colour varies on sheen, more intense the more kills
* Shows number

"Professional Killstreak" weapon.
* Adds an effect on the eye, effect varies on killstreaker, which gets more intense the more kills
* Gives an effect on the weapon, colour varies on sheen, more intense the more kills
* Shows number
