How to Search for a Specific Item, Even if No Current Trades with it are Posted
My Tf2 friends who are donators on Outpost always talk about how they can search for hats and find out who has a 1 of 1 _____ etc.

I just recently donated to Outpost myself for Premium, and I cannot find this feature anywhere

How do I do this magical ability of Premium'ness?

Use the "search" button located towards the top. Anyone can use it, not just premium users.

Yes but the search function only comes up with hats that are put up on current trades, I'm specifically looking for a hat that is not on a trade

It's impossible to find a hat that is not currently listed in a trade. The only possible way I can think of is using a web search service cache, like Google's.

There are sites that offer such premium services (like backpack.tf) but TF2Outpost isn't one of them.
