I've been scammed
So today a guy added me from TF2outpost and scammed me with 1 hat. It's not a huge loss, but it's still annoying. I was buying craftable defiant spartan, he added me, and traded an uncraftable one. I didn't pay attention :/ Then I asked him to give it back, but he removed and blocked me ofc. I won't report him on steamrep, since he only scammed me with a hat, but I'd like to ask for some sanctions against him from outpost admins. I can provide the screenshot of the conversation + inventory history.

Profile of the scammer

Feel free to blacklist this guy, trade him with extreme caution only.

QUESTION: I was scammed/sharked! What should I do?

ANSWER: You should report the sharker/scammer by submitting a user report ticket on our site. We no longer accept reports on these forums.

First, visit the Outpost profile of the user who sharked/scammed you. The profile page is the one matching the following syntax:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/<ID>
// where ID is either the Steam ID64 or the Outpost user ID.

Next, find the "flag" icon located next to the "block" icon, as indicated here: http://outpost.gg/bsod/o7o7hf.png

Upon clicking on this icon you will be prompted to enter the details of your report. Make sure to pick the report reason that better matches your description at the top, and also to include a detailed explanation of what happened, including any evidence (screenshots, videos, etc) you collected during the scam/shark attempt: http://outpost.gg/bsod/8ea2x3.png

When your report is ready to be submitted, click the Create! button. It will then be automatically assigned to one of our User Reports Admins and reviewed according to their availability. You will receive a notifications whenever the ticket status changes or the admin assigned replies, and also may be prompted to provide more information and/or evidence if necessary.

Note that we are unable to restore sharked/scammed items or reverse past trades. The only measure we take against verified sharks/scammers is to block their access to our community and any other affiliated communities by banning them from the site and adding marks to relevant reputation tracking sites.
