It works in a similar way to Outpost; So you just login, and you can view all your trades, create new ones, search for TF2 items......essentially all the things you could do on Outpost.
If you use sites such as Trade.Tf, and want to view Outpost trades, such as

All you need to do is copy the portion after ".com" and paste it on to the link on DotaOutpost site, thus the link below will look exactly the same as the trade on Outpost
