Premum user removed.
Now, a year or so back i started geting into tf2 trading and of course thought it was a good idea to start a account on tf2outpost. Soon i paid 2 keys to become a green lvl premium user which included a autobump.

Now i recently discover that i had lost green lvl premium setting due to premium user updates. When i paid my keys i had expected this to permanent as i saw nothing who did say otherwise.

Therefore i am requesting a refund of my 2 keys or a autobump like the old one i had.

There was the same thread few days ago.

The final answer was that it was never said that it will be permanent.

This has already been answered multiple times, do a tad of searching and you will find your answer quite easily.

As for your "payment"
You donated to us, you never payed for anything, if you are uncertain as to what a "Donation" is defined as then a simple google search will help you there as well
