What I meant by "special treatment" was that an administrator will not go out of their way to address your issue publicly on a forum, you are expected to follow the guidelines like anyone else.
You're right, I don't know your case, but that's not my fault, you should have specified that your first appeal was rejected, in which I would have told you to email an appeal administrator. (which is also stated in the guideline that was linked by Nooge)
