Ban Information...?
I was banned three years ago, and I agree I did something bad, so is it timed or does it last permanently. I have changed since that time and am just wondering if there is a way to be unbanned, or right my wrongs, or any way to get back on that website. Because it helps trading a lot and trading is quite difficult without it.

Your ban was indeed permanent and will not expire. As you have already had your appeal declined previously on the site, you will need to follow the instructions here:

Please know that this second process takes time, as your second appeal will be processed after all current appeals on the site and anyone else using this method that comes before you.
