Is this relist or not?
I was banned because of relisting a few days ago. I think the problem is that my unusual quick-buying post is not clear enough. Therefore, i want to consult OP mods to see whether the new posts i make is relisting or not. Mods can also give me some opinion on the post and how to improve the post so that the posts is not against the rule. Thanks

The currently closed posts (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25013355 and http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25013332) are specified at buying 8 stated hats only. I think this is not relisting right?

Feel free to give any comment or how to improve the posts so that they will not be relisting anymore. Thanks again for your time and effort!

In this trade, your whitelist was every kind of unusuals. You listed those hats in your other trades. That's relist. And you were buying 40 specified hats? Since you copy-pasted your notes into the trade I linked, I can't believe it. That's why I reported your trade (yes, you were banned because of me, sorry mate. :D). Your new trades seems ok, right now. In an other report, Baloo said:
unfortunately the user has specified each trade is only for the hats listed and therefore an overlap does not exist.
However, I came to the forums to make a suggestion about it...
I think you shouldn't list every hats if you're looking for quicksell unusuals. Create one trade, and put an unusual "any offer" card to the right side.

If your intent was to only create two trades like that with actual interest of those 16 hats only, then you would be allowed to do. However, I have a feeling that you're trying to skirt around the relist rule, and if you were to do more trades like that, then we would indeed call it relisting and close them.

When we make judgement calls on these types of things, we try to look into the intent of the user in question in making their trades. The pricelist that you have is common to quickbuy trades and would definitely make me believe that you'd be attempting to get around the rules by using the fact that you have specific but different hats in multiple trades. I don't know your intent here in doing that for unusuals, but I see you have many trades open for stranges that are similar to what I believe you'd be attempting to do with unusuals. If that is the case, make one general trade with the pricing guide you follow and leave it at that.
