Tickets and Subscription issues
I was just wondering how long does it take for the subscription related tickets to be processed? I subscribed, got an apparent error on the site while Bluepay sends me a receipt on my Email (lulz). I opened two tickets yesterday in different sections, have yet to get a response on either.

Creating multiple tickets to address an issue already in progress will not change anything.
