Have you made a report to Steam, and made a ticket for Outpost if it was something that happened on here and they are able to solve the issue. Here is the link about reporting trades but please read the rules and make sure under the reporting rules that your not reporting for something that is not a reportable offense. http://www.tf2outpost.com/rules Also this link tells you what to do if you feel you were scammed read number two on the FAQ. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/groups/tf2outpost/discussions/0/558747922562007365/

We do not handle these types of reports on the forums. Please make a report on our site and at Steamrep so they may be handled in a standardized fashion. We also do not allow calling out others on the forums, as it has not yet been deemed if this person is a scammer.
