Hi,

I just wanted to bring to your attention a situation I'm dealing with in terms of filed reports, targeting specific user(s). I'm not sure if this is a *large* issue or not, but I'm finding that most reports I create take quite a while to be responded to. Most are checked out in a week or less, but I've had some which have taken, 2, 3 weeks, and even one which after nearly 4 months is still open: (http://www.tf2outpost.com/ticket/635884)

Personally I would have loved to volunteer to help with enforcing rules, but I'm too young to apply for a moderation position, given I'm only 16 (nearly 17). Is this a common issue, or is there nothing that can really be done about this? Thank you for any response!
