You still can tell it me. :P I read Nooge's comment, but what he said isn't true, of course, and I was wondering how many tickets you get. I'm sure you don't get "thousands upon thousands of reports daily". Trade/comment reports are being answered within 1-2 days due to the new staff members, but they don't handle ban appeals. Generic Anime Name said his ticket is 4 montsd old. Half year ago they had to wait 1 or 2 months. So, if you get X tickets a day, and answer X / 3, is that means a year later they'll have to wait one year to get unbanned? :D

We get several hundred tickets a day, sometimes over a thousand. The rest is either confidential or dependable on too many parameters to be defined.

Pffffff lol.
