Baloo said "The Spycrab is neither tradeable nor giftable. Please remake the trade once it is tradeable." I searched and there's none up anymore. Does this mean we're not allowed to take offers on promo items before they're tradable now? If so, this has never been a problem in the past. I know outpost has been narrowing down the rules for a while now, restricting users from doing a lot of trading related things. But this seems a little much, even for outpost.
