3rd party TF2-related advertising?
Hello,

I create TF2 profile pictures, and am looking for other ways to advertise.

I read in TF2Outpost's rules that, and I quote: "We do not allow users to advertise any other services or websites." Since my business is TF2-related, is there an exception? I don't mind if there is one, but I am wondering if there is an exception for TF2-related services.
