halloween paints !
this paint when u start tf2 is gone from backpack. can u start tf2 during Halloween and apply the paint to an item? is this possible or not, or becomes the item painted also NOT tradable ?

Nobody knows. They might bring back Halloween Spells like they did last year but for now they're expired and untradable.

I don't know if the old spells will become usable or how to apply them currently.
However, as part of a long standing standard. All the old halloween items become available during halloween to drop, they will drop only in the map of origin.
So, I believe getting the old spells and possibly new spells will be possible during the event
