Admin/Mod may be abusing his/her power, please read
A while back I had a few of my trades taken down and recieved poor communication from the moderator about what was wrong with them after serveral attempts to ask what was wrong with them. The mod. that took them down was sirploko. For some reason he shut down my trades for the reason, "No proof for BO" (buy-out). To my understanding, someone may post a (buy-out) for how ever much they please. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19882806#latest and http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19882792#latest are the trades he/she took down for the "No proof of BO" which is ridiculous. You can see in this trade, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20316929#latest, the moderator threaten me with a ban because I have no proof for my BO and you can see me asking him to explain the reason in more detail, but refuses. Later I report a player for setting a ridiculously high B/o on a hat that recently was priced at around 3 buds but will get priced for 1.2-1.3. The player you put up their trade up was asking for a b/o of 7 buds, "with no proof of b/o". So I reported the player and ironically sirploko was assigned to it. http://www.tf2outpost.com/ticket/685024, here you can see he states, "B/O =|= C/O He can set his price as high as he wants, within reason." Which completely contradicts what he did and banned me for on my trades. I believe he did treat my situation with a bias. Either his friend reported me and he acted irrationally toward me to please a friends agenda and/or did not "like" me so does not treat the report with the same mind set. I ask that this moderator is repromanded for his inappropraite behavior and ban toward me without fully explaining the situation to me after I asked multiple times.

Why didn't you provide proof of your offers if you were asked to?

It is mandatory to provide proof of offers when they are received off-site. Trades without proof are closed, there is no abuse here.

The reason stated is probably a typo, it should have been C/O.

He clearly says BO multiple times, if you read the posts

You dont make that many typos in a row
The typo is irrelevant, I explained why the trades were closed and how there was no abuse.

But I posted a ban appeal with proof but no one wanted to respond or unban me. http://www.tf2outpost.com/ticket/645199, Here was the proof http://imgur.com/cIOa95y, still no response. The admin gave me no time to send proof since it was all done in a few minutes before I was banned.

It sometimes happens that I confuse BO and C/O, it obviously is not possible to proof your BO and you didn't provide proof for the past offers you put up, that's why they were closed. I apologize for the typo, the action itself was appropriate.

You clearly knew exactly what I meant, as proven by our conversation:

http://outpost.gg/sp/okc6ks.png

that was part of your ban reason. Again, your BO doesn't matter to me at all, unless it is something ridiculous for a commodity item, like a unusual for a scrap. The rule you broke is an extension of trade rule #7:

"No fake current offers. This is deemed a serious offence if you create multiple accounts and/or manipulate friends into posting fake offers. In addition to a permanent ban on our site, you will receive a scammer tag on SteamRep."

In order for us to enforce this rule, you need to provide evidence of the offer(s) so we and other users can investigate the legitimacy of the offer(s).

You took your C/O from another users trade, which is not allowed. Then you argued with me and refused to follow my request. It is not my obligation to engage in a meaningless conversation at this point, you were told what you needed to know and continued to break the rule regardless.

I also don't know you or have a friend that knows you, your trade was reported to me and I took appropriate action.

Your confusion for B/o and C/o was definately the majority of the issue. I understand that you may of thought it was a fake offer, but you should of given me a bit more time to respond with some screenshots. I had to get in contact with the guy who offered on the hat and have him clarify my post. I sent a screenshot to the ban appeal and no one responded and I did not get unbanned. It is frustrating because I had proof that it was a legitimate offer and still was banned for some time. I stated the bias claim because before I was targeted, a player from another trade I offered on that disagreed on my b/o said he was going to get an outpost admin to remove my trade for my defiant. I dont have record of this occuring, but I am just being honest. I respect that you responded to me and apologize for the misleading posts. I hope you can understand why I was upset. Thank you!

You can delete this post if you would like!
You didn't do what you were told you do and here you are creating a drama about it.

Next time do what you are told to do.
