Process of closing threads
Hello!

It should be mandatory that user could put arguments after his trade were closed. As for administration, there is no way to directly contact him. He does not accept friend request on steam and there is no other means of communication with that specific admin.

Thing is that my thread was closed due "Improperly visualized price of items.". I had no way explaining my reasoning. It's due the fact that there are no option to change visual appearance after trade is made (i can gray out refined, that's it) but all the people who bookmarked page would be lost due new trade creation.

As matter of that trade, there were two fields specifically mentioning the right price. There was no intention to mislead users in any way. It's due systems imperfections to adjust to fluctuating market prices.

I do think that some cases require to receive explanation from author before taking any action or there should be effective, direct way of communication with specific admin.

This message is dedicated specifically to Morphine who closed my trade

Having this would just generate more work for the staff, along with all the tickets they have to go through a day. If you feel a trade is closed unfairly create a support ticket on the site and it will be reviewed by an admin.

If you know a certain item's price is going to fluctuate a lot (keys, tour of duty tickets etc), don't try to be specific with your pricing. Either put 1 refined (some people put 8 refined) on one side to indicate that you are paying with or selling for metal. People will understand. If you put 4.66 then you're being specific and people expect you to pay or sell for that much which makes the trade misleading and likely be closed by a staff member.
You can also always fill out a general support ticket. I get these questions all the time and I'm happy to answer them.
