Ah thanks, I guess it wasn't closed even though he wasn't selling what was listed :P
I did, I just called it a support ticket because I didn't know what else to call it :P
Well, I was looking for strange tomislavs and stumbled upon this guys trade where he had a large variety of stranges, killstreak, specialized and proffessional killstreaks as well as halloween spell weapons.
I search for tomislav on the page and he had listed that he had a strange one with the spell exorcism. I then offered and right after I offered I checked his backpack to find that there wasn't the tomislav he listed. So I just decided to report it for what it was; not selling what was listed. Plain and simple. Not sure why my report ticket was closed, maybe because the dude was vip and gets special treatment idk.
Link to the trade which is still up and still lists the tomislav that he doesn't have:

Furthermore here is a screenshot of the section with the tomislav:

There's no such thing as getting special treatment on Outpost.
Sorry for the late reply, but I don't think that's what it means. The terms next to the items either say SOLD, PRICE, or N/A (Meaning the PRICE is not available at the moment.)
Sold means it's unavailable, and price is the price. N/A means he doesn't have a price at the moment. Just accepting offers. That would make most sense considering it is in the section where he puts the price, and that sold is his method of saying it's not available.
So to summarize N/A would mean that his current B/O is unavailable and he's taking offers.
