I cannot figure out how to just trade someone. Everyone says o just send a trade offer, but how the hell do I do that. I try to search it but everyone already seems to know.

Usually you just click the two arrow button next to their name:

Otherwise you can go to their profile and click offer a trade on the dropdown box on their profile:

Wow, thank you. The pictures were a huge help. Now I see in TF outpost when I click on their name I see that double arrow symbol. I've been trying to figure this out for probaly 4 or 5 days. Thank you so much.
