Trading with someone banned for sharking.
Someone who is banned on outpost for sharking sent me a trade offer. Is it safe for me to go ahead and trade with this person or is it against the rules? His last post on outpost was 1 year ago so i'm guessing he was banned then. No tags or unconfirmed reports on steam rep. Appreciate any help I can get.
