First sharked, then banned.
Yesterday I wanted to get me a Strangifier for the Cow Mangler 5000. So I searched it up on Outpost and added some random dude. What I didn't know was that those go very cheap on the market. Anyways, this guy wanted 1 key for the strangifier. I thought it was a fair deal, so I added him. We made the trade, 1 key for his strangifier. We thanked each other & before I wanted to remove him, which I didn't do after all, I asked him if he knows where I could get a Collectors Chem set for the CM 5000 aswell. He seemed to be a nice guy & he is steam member since 2004, 10 years. But then I found out you could buy 1 for like 0,60 cents on the market. I asked him if he would be so nice and undo the trade, giving me my one, ONE key back. And what did he do? He removed me as soon as I asked, leaving this message "no refunds.". GG, nice sharking. Since I couldn't communicate with him on steam, I went to outpost and raged about the sharking he did to me. A couple of minutes later I got banned for 2 days, with the reasons "Spamming" & "Being rude". Yes. "BEING RUDE". Also: This guy has like over 70 keys in his backpack. He wasn't even nice enough to let go of 1 out of like 100 keys and do someone a favour for 1 time.

I'm posting this because I just find this completely unfair & the admin who banned me didn't reply to my appeals. Sorry if this is in the wrong threads.

Here's his profile:

I don't understand why he can't do me a favour and undo the trade. I mean, look at his backpack. Letting go of 1 out of 100 keys doesn't hurt, right?

Removing posts because pointless arguments aren't welcome on the forums. We also do not tolerate calling out others on the forums.

While it is true you did not get the best trade that you possibly could have, we cannot do anything about a trade you willingly took on your own free will and we will not force them to trade back. We do not care how much someone has in their backpack, a fair trade was done and a refund is their call.

As for your ban, I have not looked into it, but we do not tolerate spamming or general rudeness directed at someone.
