So I had Premium while I was banned?
So before I had my 2 week ban for trading with the alt of an marked scammer (unknowningly), so I didnt get to fulfill the proper use of it. Do I get any compinsation, like half of my Premium being refunded? or do I get nothing because getting banned was my fault?

It is assumed that you have agreed to all the site's rules before buying Premium which means you also agreed that you will not be compensated in any way in case you get banned through the duration of your subscription.

Users with premium status will not be refunded any duration of time lost if banned. Permanent bans will result in permanent revocation of premium status.

if thats the rules, I cant do anything about it, your just doin your job and I shouldnt get pissed, but its kind of like a little boy grabbing a waitress's boobs and being thrown out for it. is it wrong that he did it or is it that hes just a kid?

just stating my opinion, as I have the right of free speech, and that cant get me banned unless I insult admins, which I am not doing. I am just stating how I dont agree with the rules.

I just feel like Accidently trading with a marked scammer and doing it on purpose deserves different punishments. Sure Ive been supporting outpost for a couple years now and even have payed for multiple subscriptions, but that doesnt really matter considering Im just another user to most admins. I think I just deserve a little bit better than this from a website ive been supporting for so long.

It is the user's responsibility to check who they trade with. The rules page make it very clear what is not allowed to do and what happens when you are banned. There's no room for complaints here.


If you have a suggestion feel free to post it on our Suggestions forum. Rants/complaints, however, will not get you anywhere.
