Items on another account
I am still tradebanned, and i do understand my mistakes, but i have another account with a few items, if i sell those items in that account's outpost, will my ban be affected? Thanks in advance.

Using alternate accounts to sell your items is an extreme offense, as listed here:

Please do not use an alternate account or ask another user to trade on your behalf to evade this ban — doing so will result in both accounts being banned permanently.
