Unfairly banned and no responding weeks ago
I have been banned few weeks ago . The reason is " Alt of http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/768981 " but i don't understand what do i did wrong , it's mine account in this link and i do not have any alternate accounts . I only have a brother who have account on the same computer ..

It must be a mistake , i'm assigned to mod " Banned " but no response from him weeks ago, i already wrote in reply multiple times and it's just ignored ...

I really don't know what to do . Can i be reassigned or something ?

Your ticket will be addressed as soon as possible. As you may imagine the staff receives hundreds of tickets daily and it takes some time to get through them all. How fast a ticket is responded to is subject to the assigned admin's availability — among other things — but rest assured you will not be ignored.

Adding staff members or posting about a ticket here won't help speeding up the process so please don't do that.
