trade offer option
I am a noob, I'll straight up admit it. I noticed that my listing does not have the option for someone to send me a trade offer, they would have to add me. How can I change that?

You have to give us your Steam offer link in your settings, and we'll put it into your trades after that.

followup n00b question: if I don't see an offer link in a trade annoucement, does that mean the user doesn't have or hasn't given one? I haven't been able to find these links for users when they're not in the trade.

The links are private for everyone but the account owner and everyone with trading privileges should have one.

If there is no button for that on a person's trade, then they have not given it to us.
