Ban appeal
I've been banned 3 weeks ago by Garry with the reason "Under investigation, possible hijacker or scammer alt." Ban for possible reason, is that how do you guys work? Asked him to explain that ban reason, and got "We don't share any specifics about our bans, please provide the screenshots I asked for or I will decline the appeal." (of course he couldn't ask me that without a ban). Very professional, isn't it? Provided him screenshots of the whole trade history, only removed my login from those screens (he dont need to know it at all, imho). His reply was "The screenshots have to be uncropped and unedited." without any noticiment what he doesnt like. Let him know I only removed my login, so I cant understand what does he mean by unedited. And after few days of ignorance from him appeal was declined with the message "Since you refuse to cooperate again, I will close the appeal now.
Once you are willing to provide uncropped and unedited screenshots send me them in a email to garry@outpost.gg." Yeah, provided all the info he asked while being banned for absolutely ridiculous reason (i'm pretty sure I'm neither scammer or hijacker), and refusing to cooperate. Bravo, well done, Garry.

PS: sent him an email as he stated in the last message of the appeal 3 days ago. All the screenshots (unedited at all, as they were made), all info. Sent him few earlier as well. And guess what? Nothing. Absolutely.

Can I get someone to take a look into my appeal? Dont know why Garry doesnt want to.

They have good reason if you're still banned.

And anything appeal wise should be handled on the website.

They can't have the good reason because I know I'm not any scammer's or hijacker's alt. Or my ban have nothing common with the ban reason, which isnt better

Thats not an appeal actually, just asking for another admin to look into it. But thanks for the link though

Certain admins handle certain reports here, you don't get to pick and choose who handles your tickets because you don't like the way one of the staff handled it. Also they have family and life outside of here so if it has been three days maybe he has or has not had time to look into it yet just be patient and you will get a response.
