RE: More than 1 week of Premium and trades lost due to no response from admins
Hey, Blue Screen of Dea†h, your response leaves me dissatisfied, so even I have a few pointers for you

1. I did not say they weren't rightfully closed. Did I? What I requested was: opening of trades, AFTER rectifying my fault.

2. I did not SPAM 3 tickets within 2 hours. Try using absolute timestamps.

1st ticket was sent
Mar 8th, 2015 11:39am

After NO RESPONSE from any of the ADMINS i sent another ticket after 2 DAYS on
Mar 10th, 2015 12:01pm

After which I realized maybe the classification I entered was wrong (since there was no sign of ANY response) so I tried sending another one to HELP you guys classify it.

Oh, AND even then what did you do up until today? Nothing. (13 days passed)

3. ANY of you guys had the chance to mention this earlier? If i pay for something I deserve the right to some support. Great job ripping off though.

4. Abuse the ticket system? Well, you don't say.

5. Let's read your FAQ too:

How fast a ticket is responded to is subject to the assigned admin's availability — among other things — "but rest assured you will not be ignored" (hm but I was?)

Adding staff members or "posting about a ticket here won't help speeding up the process" (but it did?) so please don't do that (oh but it had to be done?)

6. Neither I expect a response, nor am I using your site again. But I want you to know that you need to fix your own loopholes before you start pointing out others'

1. Like I've said, you were wrong and that does not justify opening your trades. You can't ask them to be reopened under these circumstances.

2. This trade was closed by Baloo at 04:37:08 on March 8th, 2015 with the following reason:

Within 2 hours of the trades' closure. You then created 2 more tickets, 1 minute apart, that's 2 extra - and useless - tickets.

3. You pay for trades and autobump, support is offered to everyone for free. We are volunteers and get none of this money you pay. It also does not cover any of our medic bills, if I may disclose anything.

4. See #2.

5. You were no ignored. Had your ticket be left open forever then you would be ignored. The sole fact I took care of it disproves how much we ignore people.

I take care of these forums to also keep them clean of rants, like yours, and if that means closing invalid tickets then I'll take care of them as well.

6. That's your choice, I made everything as clear as I could.
