I am banned from Outpost because of " ALT " , but i do not have alternate account on outpost , it was just a mistake . Reason what he wrote is " Alt of http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/768981 " but account on this link is mine . Nearly 2 months ago i posted a ticket and it's assigned to moderator " Banned " and i've got no response, even though i bumped it few times, still nothing.
Is this moderator on vacation or does he don not have time for outpost ? If so , why are tickets being assigned to him ?
I know you guys recives a lot of tickets daily. But it's been a couple of months and it's getting frustrating. I really don't know what to do . Can anyone else look into my ticket ?
