Banned for private inventory and still no response after a month
I made my inventory private because of people posting malware links trying to hijack my account. I've fixed that immediately one month ago but still no response.

"You will be subject to a permanent ban until you make your profile and backpack public again. This includes both your game-specific and Steam inventories."

I thought that means the ban should've been lifted long ago.

Thanks

7. How long does it take for the staff to respond to my ticket?

Your ticket will be addressed as soon as possible. As you may imagine the staff receives hundreds of tickets daily and it takes some time to get through them all. How fast a ticket is responded to is subject to the assigned admin's availability — among other things — but rest assured you will not be ignored.

Adding staff members or posting about a ticket here won't help speeding up the process so please don't do that.

Also did you send in a support ticket to let them know that you have changed your settings?

Hope this helps, have a great day!

Thank you very much for the fast reply.
I did send them a ticket as soon as I was banned and changed the setting and that was one month ago.
I thought it was automated because I got banned automatically as I haven't made any trades or even opened tf2outpost while my inventory was private.

So it is lightning fast for banning but takes months for fixing it?!

I have the same issue, you're not alone.

Well, I'm wating nearly 2 month's now, but I don't complain about it, it's my/your own fault. I guess 3-4 months are realistic.

I'm up to 3 months for the same reason.
