Is there any way to get notification for a reply to a offer, etc other then manual checking on the website?

As far as I know only Chrome & Firefox.

Terribly sorry for the late reply,

The closest thing I was able to find for Firefox was,
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tf2op-alert

It's quite old though.

The Firefox extension is not official, i.e. not developed by us.

There will be a new version of the add-on for Chrome and a Firefox version of it released in the near future.
