ANOTHER Question about "No trading with scammer alts"
I won A craft #64 MK 50 through an auction on bazaar.tf, and I noticed that the guy I bought it from is banned on outpost (again). This time, it's a bit worse. According to rep.tf, he was banned for trading with scammers/scammer alts, nothing to report on his steamrep but he was VAC banned twice, not sure if that's relevant. I have closed my outpost trade with the hat for now.

QUESTION: I'm trying to sell this hat on outpost, but the guy I got it from is banned for trading on outpost with scammers, will I get in trouble for trying to sell the hat on outpost?
