So two weeks ago I made an appeal on my Bp being private for a week or so to rid of scammers/phishers. It hasn't been close to noticed and yes a week ago I complained about this issue. It's odd that such a small ticket is taking such a long time to take care of. I know they've got a lot on their hands but may more staff would help the wait time.
