Can't Trade
I don't really know why, but I can't make any trades right now.
-I've had Steam Guard working since forever.
-I'm not banned in any way.
-It's been two weeks or so since I last changed my password.

Why am I unable to make trades?

You'll need to be more specific, What's stopping you? Are you getting any error message?

Nevermind. It finally actually gave me an error message when I attempted to trade with someone this time.
I just have to wait three more days. Thanks.
