Thank you for the reply. Thing is here it says on his outpost that he's banned for having fake C/O's which I don't think is a scam related ban. Further down his ban decription it says it's a serious offence that can get him marked on SR. So i'm not sure if I can or can't trade with this guys. I might have missed it but both those links don't mention matters related to fake C/Os.

There's 50 million other accounts (actual number not known) why trade with a marked account...just wait abit longer for a new person to trade with.

I avoid those like the plague...because I can.

The way I look at it the more I educated myself on who I can trade with and who I should stay away from, the more trade opportunities I can take. Out of a 100 banned people on outpost, maybe 40-50 of them you can trade with without breaking the rules. Makes a difference in trading.

I'd say stay away. You may not get a ban here but fake C/Os is a markable offense on SR depending on which community handles the report. It is not worth it.
