These bots Add people that are mostly using TF2 Outpost and they will (Most likely) ask you to add a guy with a fake profile link. They are named [unnasigned] and you shall report them and block them :csgox: :B1:

Waste of time, just ignore them. With the recent change in the community you should see much less of these anyway.
