Evading a ban using another account has been a ban-able offense for ages now, however scanning through the rules there seems to be no rule specifying it.

You are still rightfully banned as the staff have enough clearance to ban if seemed righteous.

I have never evaded a ban, the account before was never even banned on outpost until an hour or two ago.

In that case, alt accounts still get banned if the main gets banned.

Anyone? This is very confusing.

Outpost banned you because of your SteamRep mark, your alt got banned as a result.

I don't have a SteamRep mark, it is from a trade ban, and again, I have no idea why I got trade banned.

SteamRep automaticly marks you if you are trade-banned by Valve.
If you believe your trade-ban was injustice, you must contact Steam Support.
