Users with premium status will not be refunded any duration of time lost if banned. Permanent bans will result in permanent revocation of premium status.

But is it logical to perma ban someone for abusive language?

Based off the ban notes you were given multiple warnings, breaking a rule multiple times consititues a perm ban.

I was, but I also recived 2 or 3 bans in quick sucsession a long time ago. As of now I've gone months without being rude, shouldn't that account for something?

If you received previous bans for abusive language, you would have realised that using it again would result in another ban.

Well so is responding to them in an abusive manner, rules are rules hope you understand that. It takes less effort to hide a post than to swear at someone for "spamming" your trade.

Some idiots need to learn that they are idiots

You had three warnings on your abusive language in the form of temporary bans, and the third explicitly stated that your next one very well could be a permanent ban from our site. Being premium earns you no special privileges to circumvent these rules and we plainly state our position on being banned while having premium.

We are not going to lessen the experiences of many of our users to allow a few to throw around insults and disrespect others whenever they feel the need. That is not how we operate now and it is not how we're going to operate anytime soon.
