Still banned after putting inventory in public mode
So i was recently banned because my younger sibling has used this account for brokering his items. Yes, he is banned on outpost and a warning on steam rep. My sibling has stopped using this account ever since I told him to.

However outpost states that "No private profiles or backpacks. You will be subject to a permanent ban until you make your profile and backpack public again. This includes both your game-specific and Steam inventories." I have done that already but I am still banned

Could someone help?

Check that your profile settings match the ones listed here:

Once you have made sure the settings all match, wait 30 minutes for the servers to refresh your profile.

You have also been banned for "Brokering for a SR marked user" You will need to appeal this ban on the site with the ticket, and wait for a mod to respond to it

There should be a space to write your appeal underneath your ban reasons, if I remember correctly.

You have to wait for the mod assigned to repsond to your ticket
